I appreciated him taking the time to do that as I was looking for this specific model in a specific color and they only had one. He arranged to meet my husband and I at the dealership first thing on a Sat. morning and he already had the car pulled out front for us when we got there. We did end up buying the car and the whole process was pleasant and easy. The manager, Eric, was very nice, as was Michelle in financing. The dealership is extremely clean and well maintained. Great experience Let me start by saying it had been 15+yrs since we had purchased a new vehicle. I was not looking forward to interacting with a salesperson. The very first place was Medved in Castle Rock (45min drive) and like clock work a salesman came out and asked what i was looking for, showed us a truck, then let me test drive it. He didnt pressure us into anything and upon departing he said hope we see you again. Couple days later we received a letter from him thanking us for stopping by and that if we needed anything please feel free to call him. So the next 4-5 weeks we visited multiple car dealerships and were made to feel like that specific day we had to make a purchase or we would miss out in a great deal. Then when we said "not right now they blew us off" and looked for the next victim. One gave us a great deal on a truck that wasn't what we wanted because of the color and style. He basically said to us does it really matter that much, so we left. Finally my wife asked me to call Levi at Medved and see if he could help us. Mind you it has been 4-5 weeks, he answered and was able to immediately recall members of my family (information exchanged during our first test drive) that by starting out the conversation with how is..........not who is this again! Over 4+hrs of multiple phone conversations and him physically running around the Medved complex he was able to tracked down to the "T", a truck we wanted. Even worked to match and beat the previous dealers price. All this without us setting foot on Medved grounds. Levi called us and said our vehicle will be waiting for us! The way that we were treated was impressive and even more when we found out that we were Levi's very first deal as a newly certified salesman. He actually started the week we first visited. Wow who would have thought that an experience like this could happen to us. Just to be fair others at Medved treated us with respect and consideration. I have already recommended Medved in Castle Rock CO to about 5 people and have given Levi's information. I even get an occasional texts from Levi asking how things are. Medved is very lucky to have someone like Levi who genuinely cares about a persones needs not just the sale. More
