I always bring my Dodge Charger back to Medved for regular maintenance and last week in the midst of a cold snap, my thermostat broke. Meaning I had no heat. Medved got me in with only a day's notice and got me out the door in just a couple of hours. And the estimate was dead on. Always has been able to fix the problem even when misdiagnosed by some other entity. When my '02 Dakota broke down 5 hours from home he was able to give correct advice which I then was able to pass onto the local Dodge facility. Paul is a stand up guy. He has cared for my '00 Durango which I still have and runs great. Kept my '02 Dakota running in tip-top shape. Sadly I traded the Dakota in for a '13 Ram 1500. Don't get me wrong I love my Ram, just hated to lose the Dakota. The whole service facility is filled with knowledgeable people (Travis Harter) who are a pleasure to deal with.
