He was pleasant in every way, professional in every way. I decided the car was indeed the one I would purchase, not just because of the car and price, but because the sales people were low-key sales, high on customer service, no pressure, just wanted to help me get the right car for the price I was looking to pay. This was the most pleasant car shopping and purchase experience I have ever had! I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my lifetime, all of them Chrysler products. I am not particularly loyal to the brand, but I have always been pleased (minus one experience in the 1970's when most cars made in USA were poorly made) with the vehicles I bought.
