My new car purchase at Castle Subaru in Mchenry was a 5 STAR experience! I just purchased a 2025 Outback Wilderness and traded in a vehicle. My reasons are as follows: Price Points – - The negotiated price was stellar. - The promotional finance rate. - Top dollar for my trade in plus tax credit towards new vehicle. - Price of extended warranty (I choose to purchase.) Dealer Customer Service/Staff – - My sales consultant, Andersen, is an outstanding young man. He is polite, respectful, knowledgeable and not pushy [at all], he was on point and straight forward; no game playing needed. I had the best experience buying a car for myself with him. - The General Sales Manager, Nicole, is on her game! Super nice, super helpful, friendly, polite and Nicole will 100% do what she promises. She makes it happen! - Victor, in the Finance Office, where you sign all your paperwork [and any additional Add-Ons you may like] is easy going and very nice to close out your purchase. He is not pushy, like most in the finance office are, he is respectful of your answers and is a cool guy to chat with about cars or anything. For my new car purchasing (over 12), Victor has been the best finance office experience to date. Overall, the only other time I had such a positive experience was when we bought my fiancé a new car in 2022. For me, Castle Subaru was the best new car buying experience to date. No pressure, No hassles, No xx, GREAT Customer Service, Great OTD pricing/finance rate/trade in, and everything completed online after test driving then went in the next day with my fiancé for about an hour…and off we went. Easy Peasy! More

The Subaru Brand Manager, Calvin Knutsen, is just the best. I was a bit indecisive at times, and he was totally patient and kind with me as I worked through it. His top priority was ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the car I chose. Max Poduch, the Sales Consultant, has an easygoing personality that made him a pleasure to work with. I’ve been leasing cars for a number of years and have worked with many dealers in the past, and I can honestly say that this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. The team here puts your needs first-there is no pressure to make a sale. I found the pricing reasonable, and the leasing process was a breeze (thank you, Josh Hastings!). I highly recommend Castle for your next car!! More

Absolutely wonderful. Though I did not buy due to deciding to move to Europe I would have bought if the option to send me vehicle here!!!
