I received a Truecar price from the dealer with a $3600 discount on a New Outback Limited XT in December. I visited the location three times and they never were able to provide the car. I had questio discount on a New Outback Limited XT in December. I visited the location three times and they never were able to provide the car. I had questioned them on my visits and they always assured me it would be a new car but they stated it would be new until they called me a few days after my last visit to tell me it would be a loaner. Bait and switch. Also the salesman (Austin) would play stupid and would apologize for every issue but would make little effort to correct the problem. There are many dealers that don't play games, I recommend you try another dealership or prepare yourself for the shenanigan's many dealers are know for. Lastly the contacted me today 2/3/23 to tell me that i could come and test drive the loaner and that it could be available by the end of February. More
