Even then the communication was less than satisfactory / border line rude. I’ll be taking my car to another dealer next time. More

They did not come down to the price I wanted, which was more than reasonable. However, the salesman was polite, informative and professional. Same to be said for the finance manager I worked with. After calling the dealership regarding my interest in a vehicle I was contacted by Leonardo to get the process going. I did car sales for 3 years up until a few months ago so I know the process inside and vehicle I was contacted by Leonardo to get the process going. I did car sales for 3 years up until a few months ago so I know the process inside and out, good and bad. I figured this being an out of state deal that it wouldn’t be good and they would play games. That couldn’t be further from the truth. It was easily without a doubt the easiest purchase I have ever made in my entire life. I’ve had more struggles buying a candy bar at a gas station than I have buying a 30k car. No games, no gimmicks, if you’re up front and honest they will be too. Show respect and you get it back. If this dealer wasn’t 6 hours away from me I would buy every car from these guys and I’d recommend them to my family as well. They price everything to sell upfront, so no games required. If you want a amazing experience, go here and ask for Leonardo. I forget the guy in finance(corner office by shop if that helps) but he was easy and relatable as well. Thanks again guys and I hope to buy another car from you soon but under better circumstances. More
