No professionalism, bad customer service, no concern for their customers and out to defraud you of your money. I bought a 2014 Ford focus car from them in Dec 2019 and I was given a 3 month guarantee to bring the car back if i notice anything wrong with the car. I brought the back the car in a month and a half because of issues I notice while driving it. They refused to fix my car and asking me to; not only pay for the bad transmission but also to pay for the labor to open up the car for diagnosis. Please beware!!! don't ever go to this FOX Valley dealership on Golf road, in schaumburg. They lied about everything to get you to buy a car from them. The car guarantee is fake. Don't fall for this company....... More
