Old School Customer Service! I was looking to buy my first new car. In the past I have been judged for not fitting a particular demographic and given offers of take it because tha I was looking to buy my first new car. In the past I have been judged for not fitting a particular demographic and given offers of take it because that's the best you're going to get... but not this dealership not my salesman he treated me and my family like family. I really wanted an SUV. I used Cosco initially. I was prepared to sign the dotted line but the dealer looked for something better. They were able to beat that price. My salesman Todd found the car I picked at another dealership. That dealership had sold the car I picked unbeknownst to me. However, he searched more and found another Identical to the one I picked. Once I came in to obtain the car I was terrified. I've heard horror stories of signing for a car only to find out you can't get it for a variety of reasons. Then being only able to get what the creditors say tou can have. I hate feeling stuck; That wasn't the case I was approved and the Sales manager John was brilliant. He was able to find the best rate for me. This team is awesome and I recommend using them if you're looking for a Volkswagen. More

I bought my car a while ago and every time I call John he is very helpful. It is really refreshing to see that he is still very helpful even after the sale. It was lower than two other VW dealers I went to in the previous days. Additionally, I traded in my used car and also got a better price than the two other VW dealers. John is very efficient. I set up a time to come in and pick up my car and he had all the required papers printed and ready to go. I was there less than an hour!!! I would recommend VW and John to anyone looking for a VW:) More
