I knew I wanted an Atlas but wasn’t sure the model so he asked me what was important in a car. Through the conversation we landed on an SEL. We took a ride and he explained all the features but unfortunately it did not have the bench seat option. I asked what to do next and he said he would get exactly what I wanted and to give him 48 hours. Within 2 days he found the perfect vehicle for me. When discussing price he gave me the best price out the gate and I truly only had to say yes. I love my new Atlas and tell anyone who compliments it to go see John at Fox Valley! PS. Amazing Customer Service! I came into the dealership because my car was acting up. First mechanic I went to, told me to replace the transmission of the car. Needless to say I n I came into the dealership because my car was acting up. First mechanic I went to, told me to replace the transmission of the car. Needless to say I needed a second opinion so I took my car to Fox Valley. Matt was great at answering my questions and the car was tested in the shop. I went on a drive with the mechanic and we talked about carbon accumulation. I needed a loaner so I took my car back after a week and they let me get a loaner for 3 days for them to do the repairs and test the car when cold so after an overnight stay. I can’t say enough about this place! They kept me in the loop as they worked on the car, got me on my way with a loaner when needed, and provided great advice! I bought my car there and have been servicing it for the past 7 years and I am always extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service that I receive. I highly recommend Fox Valley!! Thank you again team! More
