Unfulfilled Promises and Lies Item after item (my requests) were ignored, unless I followed up, and then, some totally ignored/firgitten. The car I wanted (to test drive) was on the rack having CPO inspection - even though it was on the website. I was told I'd have to put a deposit (which I did) to keep it offline and off market. I continued to shop and, when I felt I'd found another car, I requested my $1000 back. Later on, (after being placated by their "it sometimes takes a few days"), I found the credit had never been put through. I did come back here for that car. I was promised a printout of those things their shop had to do togring it to CPO, never got, only got specs on the 4 tires. Today, I'm waiting for them - TWO WEEKS AFTER THE TURNIN - to deliver the payoff to the finance company on my trade-in! Oh, maybe I'll leave off the crazy reason given for lowering the quote on my trade-in: "you know what it'll cost me to match those Michelins you have on the rear??". I have to say, the cars and the brand ARE FAR BETTER THAN the people they have representing them. More
