HORRIBLE customer service. I can't even give them one star. Broken promises (missing mats that were promised to be replaced and weren't, hubcap replaced with one that does not match, missing owners manua star. I went there with a water leak and was told that it was just a little leak and should be fine until I bring it back and they will call me with a quote - less than 10 miles later the water pump pulley cracked off! A week later, I am still waiting for the promised phone call with the estimate (they have no clue about the pulley). I left several messages with salesman DW that have not yet been returned. There are plenty of VW dealerships out there - find one that knows what customer service is - this place STINKS!! More

Great dealership. Got the price quote online so i did not need to fight over the price with anybody. The whole process took few hours but at the end i left satisfied with a great deal being a brand new not need to fight over the price with anybody. Went back to this dealership because had previously shopped for Rabbit for my son, but bought in CA where he was moving to; kept Greg's card hoping could "pay him back", and had great experience buying shopped for Rabbit for my son, but bought in CA where he was moving to; kept Greg's card hoping could "pay him back", and had great experience buying a hard to find Carbon Steel DSG 4 door GTI with no extras! Got a good price and very fair trade on my car with minimal and friendly session with his manager (Patrick?) then had to hold my breath while they tried to find my car and they finally found just off the boat in Houston and got to me in less than 10 days. Hoping the service dept is just as good since VW dealers have pretty bad rep in this regard... More
