He greets you with a smile, he listens to your issues and deals with them in a very professional manner. When it's time to pick up your vehicle, he explains everything that was done and, if necessary, what you should keep an eye on. This by far is the most honest dealer that I have gone to. Just recently I visited VW of Orland and the customer service and integrity of the staff was horrible. They were trying to charge me for somethin to. Just recently I visited VW of Orland and the customer service and integrity of the staff was horrible. They were trying to charge me for something that I didnt need and then tried to say that I let someone mess with my transmission. Well once they looked, they were the only one who had services my trans. I called Fox Valley and explained the situation and they immediately thought that something was suspicious. I took my car to them the very next day to look at the same problem and of course they saw no problem and to top it off Fox Valley didnt charge me a thing to look at the vehicle. VW of Orland wanted to charge me $287 to top off fluids that were not missing and an additional $99 to diagnose that I needed the fluids (complete scammers and rip offs). Renee, the mechanic rode in the car with me to verify the problem (that was not a problem) and Ryan was very helpful as well. He got me in the very next day and even ordered a cosmetic part for my car (no questions asked). Although a bit pricier than other VW dealers, I definitely recommend Fox Valley just to avoid the aggravation of other places. More

I have been a customer at Fox Valley VW for approximately the last 4 years. I have had numerous visits for regular maintenance and emergency fixes (flat tires, etc.) The Service Staff is a great group of gu the last 4 years.
