Misleading information Customers beware. Service department is unreliable--claimed they called me before doing repairs and did not. Also told me car was ready then took me a Customers beware. Buyers beware. Please do not purchase an extended warranty from Causeway. Restrictions apply and are geared to tie you into going there and not to another Ford dealer to have repairs performed. My family and I will no longer lease or purchase vehicles from this dealership. More
Brought in under warranty Took my vehicle in for my vehicle cutting out while driving. It only has 8000 miles on it and has been there for 8 days. The part came in but they said it was damaged and had to order another one. Allegedly it came in and was supposed to be done yesterday but nothing. Still waiting, had a rental car for 8 days now. No offer of a loaner, just give us the rental bill and we will submit it to Ford to see if they will pay for it. No more service from them, I'd rather drive to another dealership. More
Dropped off a 2013 Ford Explorer for repair and 5 days later part still hasnt arrived. Its a Ford not a Maserati, every day its the part didnt make it in the latest Fedex shipment from Ford, we thought it later part still hasnt arrived. I would think Ford Motor and the Dealerships would have a better system w communicating true eta dates with their parts. No followup with Ford as to why it hasnt arrived. They sure communicate great when its time to buy or lease a new vehicle. Disgraceful handling of this, no regard for my not having a vehicle for a week, no offering of loaner vehicle, just incompetence. I am on vacation far from home and now forced to pick up a car that still has engine trouble light on and stalls and drive it back home to have it repaired there. I'd avoid repairs at this dealership or leasing a Ford at all costs. More
