Dear valued customer. Thank you for taking time to express you experience. Here at Lester Glenn we take our reputation very seriously and understand it's the backbone of our business. I have followed up with Tom Allen in reference to your visit. He does appolgize for not coming out to personally greet you, our general managers do try to meet with each person but sometimes while managing the sales people and other sales managers this is not always possible. That is why we have floor sales managers, and extra sales people to ensure that everyone is accommodated. I also understand that you spoke with Kyle about a particular pre-owned vehicle being in stock a few days before you visit. We do sell many vehicles each day and our inventory is changing constantly. We do try to make ever effort to confirm 1. that you are coming in, and 2. that the exact vehicle requested is available. Our system is not always perfect but we do try. I also understand you received a promotional letter from us offering a gift card. Although it clearly states “while supplies last” Lester Glenn Auto Group would never deny anyone something promised! Tom says he offered to mail you a gift card once we obtained more. We did just get another batch and it should be arriving in your mailbox soon if it didn't already.
