Had a cam chain and coolant pump replaced on my 2014 SHO. Technician discovered a problem with my camshaft locator dowel pin. I was informed promptly and authorized the added repair. The work was done within a two week period and to my satisfaction. Everyone from the service writer, repair manager and the cashier were extreamly curtious and professional. They answered all my questions and consernes and I am very happy with the work done. We purchased the car here and hope to continue to do buisness with Cavalier Ford. They are attentive to the customer. Although there is about a 10 day backlog, they are prompt once your vehicle gets into the shop.
