I have been to this particular service dept. before i decided to buy a new car. So i pretty much had a general idea about the wonderful, patient and caring team. Normally any repairs I've had done here before was done in a timely manner. Now the pricing is generally on the highish side but tolerable. Not this time. Took my car in as there was a problem with the drivers side door handle as it broke. They diagnosed it and said that some "assembly" needed to be replace and it would take about three days to get it in. Total estimated cost was over $900. I said NO as I had a feeling this wasn't right. Still got charged $175 just for their "diagnosis". Took it to another place the next day that's I've used before and they fixed the door that same day and the price was just barely over $300. Apparently just a bracket broke and that's all that needed to be replaced. I should have taken it to them in the first place! Door handle now works like the car is new. So I wasted $175 but overall saved a bunch of $ and time by not having the dealer do the work. More
