Great experience at this dealership. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the Buicks and GMCs and helped us make an informed decision on which vehicle to buy. Terrible customer service. Went in for an oil change on 6/21/2023. Over the weekend I noticed a puddle of oil in my home garage. I took my truck in this morning and asked to speak to the Service Manager. I waited over 30 minutes and never got the opportunity to talk to him. The service advisor, however, did take matters into her hands and got my truck quickly checked in.
