Agreed on a 2020 BMW 840i with Julian Sanchez, and the CARFAX was clean. After I signed and drove it to Houston, I found a recent repair to the rear end and a loose rear bumper. I made my appointment for oil change & tire rotation online. I drove up to my appointment on time. Asked for my service advisor Ray Trejo who took my vehicle and directed me to waiting area.
