I bought a Lyriq from them on 11/9 and had nothing but issues with this car. Driving it off the lot, the ambient lights on the back door didn’t work. A service driver assist message appeared the following day. The floor lighting randomly doesn’t work. A battery fault light turned on a week later and then turned off. The radio stopped working and Bluetooth connection is sporadic. This car is very glitchy. They also told me at first it would only take a couple days to get an email on how to get the charge station installed in my home. Then they said a couple weeks. Talked to another rep from the store and she said it took a customer months to get one installed! I reached out to my rep, to his manger and sent an email to the contact us page regarding this and I feel like no one knows what they are doing and are still waiting on this email. I finally had enough and decided that I wanted out. I told my rep about this and he decided to tell me after the purchase that they are planning to recall the Lyriqs to do a massive program update. He sold me the car knowing the model has issues! I’m so put off from Cadillac that I will never buy a Cadillac again. I called today asking for a manager but they were all busy and was supposed to call me back regarding getting my car registered in my name, never got a call back. Now I’m stuck in this car because they haven’t registered the car in my name therefore I can’t trade it in!!! More
