At that point, I noticed a crack in the windshield. I returned the car, and they diagnosed a transmission problem. I was charged again because they had not thoroughly inspected the car when I drove it. I received an email from Cavender that my vehicle was due for service soon. I called Carlos to schedule my vehicle for service and also to get other issues fixed. Carlos scheduled me right away. I appreciate Carlos for having patience and taking time to go over the issues I mentioned to make sure they were all captured.
