My 2025 Cadillac xt4 started having a ruff vibration when shifting up and down. I called made an appointment told them to please check the torque converter, and my screen dash was getting super hot. They gav shifting up and down. I called made an appointment told them to please check the torque converter, and my screen dash was getting super hot. They gave me an electric courtesy car, after I told them multiple times I do not live in an area that accommodates electric cars. Please give me a gas. Well they didn’t even give me the adapter needed to use a charging station so my electric broke down, stranding my daughter and I. I had to pay to have it toed to a location where my husband had to put it in on a personal trailer. ( freaking nightmare) After having my vehicle for a week, My check engine light was not on but the vehicle did the same problem with the technician. But they can’t fix it because it’s not throwing a code. And never checked my dash screen problem😠 seriously a quick google search would tell you the problem. Fix the xxxx car. World class was how they were described to me. Not even close. Will never use them again. More
