July 2023 took my XT5 in for AC not working - they said it may have a leak in the valve that allows to add freon - they replaced valve and added freon ($ 1200) and said if it happens again bring it back. 3 it may have a leak in the valve that allows to add freon - they replaced valve and added freon ($ 1200) and said if it happens again bring it back. 3 weeks later not working again and returned to Cavender they said not it needs a new evaporator core.this will be $3600 - after a little discussion, thay said they would take $700 off and core would be in next week. Now 6 weeks later, still waiting on parts and it may be 2 more weeks before they come in. No loaner or any help. Called Ken Batchler Cadillac and they have the part but won't sell it to me or Cavender because it is on back order, and they want to keep it for themselves. Now that's NOT Cadillac service. The part is available, and they can't get it done. This is my first and will be my last Cadillac. More

I bought my vehicle almost 10 years ago when the dealership was on broadway. I’ve only serviced it at Cavender and Carlos has always been my service representative. The service has always been superb and Carlos is excellent at what he does. The level of customer service excellence from the dealer, and Carlos in particular, has not diminished in my 10 years as a customer. I realize the dealership would probably rather sell me a new car by now, but I’m hoping Carlos and the service department keep this loyal customers car serviced for another 10 years. More
They gave me great services, and were very professional. I can tell the difference in the handling, engine performance , and my AC is kickin here in the 100+ degree weather in Texas.
