Adam Merchant didn't call, just emailed me back that he had a vehicle at a stated price, but I could come in and he would find or order just what I wanted. On the day I had the time to visit Reynolds, he was off, but Frank Bishop reviewed the emails and hit the computer. Found the vehicle I needed and we were able to make a deal. I like that they aren't pushy when selling and they don't keep the keys for your trade in after they look at it. More
