My husband, who met with her at a different time, was also given the detailed safety features opening the hood, the gas cap, tire storage, etc. We were both impressed with her knowledge and more than anything, she "sold" the product by showing us the finer features. She also has followed up by email and phone to insure we were still happy with our purchase. Good job! More

Will was very personable and asked good fact finding questions - designed to help him, to help you, select the right vehicle to fit your needs - without undue pressure or "nudging" you towards a higher priced vehicle to boost his commission. (He needs new shoes for his four boys, you know! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, LOL) Hopefully, you'll have the same great experience with Will as I did, and learn from his vast, detailed knowledge of each vehicle. We looked at several in the Ford line-up: Flex, Edge, Escape, and Explorer. He shared enough detail on each vehicle, comparing their attributes, without overwhelming, and allowed time to digest the data as we went along, so I could ascertain for myself the full fit and function of each vehicle to best meet my requirements. Will is an excellent listener. After asking a question, he actually listens to your response. Rude Service, Difficult to Contact, Late on Title We purchased a new 2014 Ford F150. When we got it home, we noticed some problems with the tint. So we took it back up to the dealership and had it fix We purchased a new 2014 Ford F150. When we got it home, we noticed some problems with the tint. So we took it back up to the dealership and had it fixed. When we got it home again, there was a problem with the paint on the front by the grill. It was almost impossible to get a hold of our sales person. She didn't return calls and preferred to text. She was very slow at returning texts, if she did at all. After the tint and paint issues were settled (we weren't given too much hassle about getting it fixed which is why I'm giving this a 2 star instead of 1) everything was good. But a month went by, and we didn't have our title. So I called to find out where the title was. The girl I spoke with that handled titles said "Oh I have it right here in front of me, just did it... so it will come in a few weeks". I told her our paper tag would be expired by then. So she says that she will have our sales person contact us to get us a new paper tag. A week goes by, no call. I call back, and get passed around on hold to several different people and have to explain the situation each and every time. Finally, I spoke to a woman that was quite rude and said I could come up to the dealership to pick up my title, the day before 4th of July and our tag was up that weekend. Of course tag agencies would be closed so still how did they expect us to get our tag on time? I go up to the dealership to pick up our title, and the lady at the desk has NO IDEA what I am talking about and I stand there for 15 minutes while she calls someone all the while the title is sitting literally next to her on her desk. I ask for a paper tag. They had to get the OK to do that from someone.. so I'm standing there again waiting. Finally the ONLY PERSON at the entire dealership that knows what is going on comes by. Mark Robinson. And he OK's the new paper tag and gets me with someone immediately. And that person had no idea how to make a paper tag, I guess, because then he couldn't even find us in the system when I just handed him the title. Mark comes back to check on me and again gets that straightened out. Finally we get everything settled and leave. Not sure why everyone at this dealership except Mark seems to be totally done with their clients as soon as the paperwork is signed. I do not recommend going to this dealership for those reasons. I felt totally discarded after our purchase, and I do not think that is how customer service should be. More
