Was lied to constantly. Certain people were great however. I am going to start by saying that some people I interacted with were amazing. Overall the experience was not one I would want to have again however. I am going to start by saying that some people I interacted with were amazing. Overall the experience was not one I would want to have again however. The whole thing started on a Saturday night, I was looking for a 2019 Mustang GT. I knew what I wanted. I looked at a few of them but was gravitating toward the California Special sedition. After taking my first test drive I was told that it had active exhaust and a B&O sound system. I left that night to think about it before making a decision. I went back to the dealership on Monday where I decided I wanted to trade in my Model 3 for the car. The salesman wrote down on the agreement page that tinting and a black roof wrap was also included in the price. The active exhaust and B&O system were also included in the price. After coming to an agreement on the price we went to financing. A ton of extra charges were added on like GAP and a tracker for theft. After leaving that night I was somewhat happy. The next morning I got to looking at some of the car’s features that I was promised were included. After noticing they were missing I texted the salesman who promised me they were there. He apologized for the “misunderstanding”. I was not happy. I took the car back and met with the head of finance. We got the price settled by him discounting the final price. Another day goes by and it is time for the roof to be wrapped. I was told to drop the car off at the dealership at 1:00. After arriving at the dealership we rode over to the custom shop who was going to wrap the roof. On the way back from the auto shop I asked the dealer to confirm that it was included in the price like it showed on the first sheet. He said no it would be $250! I left a message for the manager after getting home. I received a call from the salesman within a couple minutes who was very upset. He started going on and on about how I am manifesting problems and the legality of the situation is on his side. I said whatever and ended up paying $300 for the wrap. It ended yesterday with the salesman calling me to offer a free tank of gas when I get the chance to write this review. I think he thought he could buy me off. I want everyone to know how crooked this whole experience was. More

Dishonest finance department The finance department lied to me. I was told one interest rate and then they came back with another rate that was never discussed with me. I understand I should have looked better at what I signed but I trusted the finance guy and he flat lied. Then when I called today to find out why he said that he told me that when I was in. Which is another lie. My mother was with me when I purchased the vehicle and she never heard him even mention 8.99%. I was going to finance through my bank at 6.55% he said if I can get you a better rate would you be interested? Well of course who doesn't want a better rate? So, he came back and said he could get 6.25% and named some weird bank that I cannot remember the name of. Then when I got the information in the mail it was from Arvest bank at 8.99%. I honestly thought it was because he talked me into going 72 months instead of 60, so the rate went up. So, I called to discuss it with him and that is when he said he told me it would be 8.99%. He flat out lied! Again, I should have noticed it on the documents, but he probably knew people just sign. I will not have a problem telling anyone I know that Reynolds Ford finance is dishonest and fraudulent. I have never had someone in a business situation lie to me like that before and try to tell me something that did not happen! Very poor service! I would not recommend them to anyone!!! More

Online Experience I am from Iowa and was looking for the car I wanted at Reynolds Ford. I called down at spoke with Corbin Morris a salesperson at the dealership. The purchase of this vehicle was accomplished via the internet was which was easy/quick. The price negotiated was a very good price and the trade in of my previous vehicle was a very good one. Emma Machesic was great to work with on the purchase. Kelly Porter went beyond the call of duty when I picked up the vehicle. He had it ready to go for a test ride when I arrived and took time to go over all of the features of the car and set some of them up for me. And days later, he even chased down my sunglasses that I had inadvertently left in the old vehicle. The sales personnel that I have always had at the dealership have always been the best. The service department has been great as well. The one downfall on the recent purchase was with the finance office. They do not understand the word "No" when it comes to selling aftermarket items. Regardless, I will continue to return when considering the purchase of a new vehicle. More
