One of the cars at the OKC store was already sold and the other wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Our salesman, Alan Coffee, made arrangements to transfer the car from Norman to OKC for us to look at and it was just what we wanted. The only thing that I don’t care for is how long it takes to do all of the paperwork. There has to be a better way to do that. It should not take hours to check credit and fill out the forms. More

Most pleasant buying ever I called Reynolds OKC asking about a certain vehicle I was interested in. I talked with A J Merchant who went out of his way to look for what I had described. He asked if he could call back after he looked for what I asked about. He called back within minutes. He asked when I would like to come in and when I said the time I could be there, he stated that he would be leaving shortly after I would arrive so he could pick up his daughter from school. I thought that was quite commendable a father looking out for his child but he wanted not to have me taken care of and asked if I would deal with Kyle Davis. When I arrived I found Kyle and was so pleased with the courtesy and assistance my wife and I received it was most delightful. While speaking with Kyle about the vehicle we had found A J called to make sure we were being taken care of satisfactorily. Know what you want when you go to shop I knew what I wanted in an online ad for a specific car. I had my list of must haves and happen to find a car with all these features & very low milea I knew what I wanted in an online ad for a specific car. You don't come across cars that have everything you want without having to pay extra to have them added on with your purchase. Totally amazed on that part.
