Our Service Advisors have been trained at the initial write up of any work order, that once it is completed to review it with the customer and provide an estimate of the associated repair/service cost. Then they obtain the customer’s signature to begin the service work. At the conclusion of the work, when the customer’s paying for the service, our staff presents the completed repair order billing and lets the customer review it before remitting payment. Any questions will be answered by the staff member or Service Advisor. It’s our policy to honor most competitors’ coupons for service work. We apologize again for any confusion or breakdown in communication that might have occurred. We do value you and your business and hope to be able to service you again in the future.
