I have experienced nothing but OUTSTANDING service from the employees at Hudiburg Subaru!! After going with a close friend in December 2011 to buy a Forester, and then my husband in February 2012 to purch the employees at Hudiburg Subaru!! After going with a close friend in December 2011 to buy a Forester, and then my husband in February 2012 to purchase an Outback at Hudiburg Subaru, it was finally my turn to get a new vehicle. Both my friend and husband had great buying experiences at Hudiburg, but I was not yet convinced I wanted a Subaru having been a Honda driver for the past 13 years. I really liked the Subaru Forester but was also considering the Honda CR-V. My experience at a local Honda Honda dealership was anything but pleasant. I had purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership in the past as well as completed all the routine car maintenance with them. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I was VERY disappointed in the trade-in offer I was given, the new car price for a CR-V, and their unwillingness to negotiate. My experience at Hudiburg Subaru was quite the opposite. Everyone at the Hudiburg dealership was friendly, professional and sincere in helping me get the vehicle that fit my needs and at a great price!! Brad, Paco, John and others went out of their way to ensure I got a vehicle that I was comfortable to drive and with all the accessories I desired. Even the general manager, Brad Smicklas, got involved to ensure I was happy with the Forester I purchased. They gave me a great trade-in price on my Honda (better than the Honda dealership) and a great price on the Forester!! I couldn't be more satisfied!!! And I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Subaru!! Thank you Hudiburg Subaru!!! More

Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He went out of his way to make sure every question was answered. Brad and Paula were also great and made sure I was happy with my trade-in and financing. Price is subjective for me, as I really don't like to haggle and waste time. They gave us the best deal that no other dealership can ever match. We went to Bob Moore Subaru and the manager was somewhat doubtful about the deal that we got from Hudiburg. It was a bad experience going to that dealership (BOB MOORE) and won't recommend anybody to go there. It was a waste of time for us. We felt like the manager doubted us and it was a big disappointment for us! Ryan "Paco" Bhuvasorakul and Brad Deterding is the coolest guys in that dealership. They were very professional, courteous and honest. Not only this dealership sales amazing Subaru's but also the place is clean and organized. The "parts" guy John is also super nice. He handled our add-on orders professionally and smoothly. And one of the surprises is when Bethany Gonzales spent time with us and gave us some tutorials on the new features of the car. She knew that this is our first Subaru car so she really made sure that we have some ideas on how to operate the car before we leave the dealership. This is our 8th car and never experience this kind of service before. The whole Hudiburg team was a top notch! We love our new Subaru and would highly recommend Hudiburg Subaru! More

My husband and I purchased a new Subaru Forester from Hudiburg Subaru on 3/26/2012. We have been doing research for quite a while and even visited about 5 different dealerships with Foresters (new and u Hudiburg Subaru on 3/26/2012. We have been doing research for quite a while and even visited about 5 different dealerships with Foresters (new and used) in stock. Darcy Johnson was the only salesman who did not pressure us relentlessly to sign on the spot. For example, one dealership refused to even show us their Forester unless we agreed to buy it that day. Ridiculous. We browsed the lot for a bit, unbothered, and then stepped inside to request a test drive. He copied my license and tossed me the keys. It was nice to drive without a salesman making his pitch from the backseat. We worked out the deal on Saturday night. Darcy encouraged us to go home and think it over; if we liked the terms we agreed to come back on Monday. We did. I could have saved three hundred dollars by going to the Subaru store further north, yes; however, a pleasant buying experience is worth it in my book. I would recommend Darcy Johnson to friends and family. I am not sure if he's the exception or the norm there, but we were pleased with our experience. The finance lady was friendly and offered an extended warranty a few times. She did so without being pushy. The customer service representative (the lady who went over the owner's manual and set up Bluetooth) was pleasant and informative. More
