After 25 years in the faced paced Las Vegas valley, the thought of high pressured car shopping in a big city was not a favorite on life’s menu. This dealership is a breath of fresh air!! We received warm, professional greetings from onset of our arrival. Simple eye contact, the offer of a firm handshake, a welcoming smile and a ‘how can I help you’ never dismissed us as ‘someone else's customer’. Ray, our initial internet connection, is a gem; our salesman, Aaron, is articulate, knowledgeable, and focused with great listening skills; his manager, Renee, is tenacious yet genuine, professional yet caring - a serious yet funny man. Donna in finance is truly an incredible asset to this team! We never felt high pressure and stand amazed at the professional, relaxed atmosphere of this dealership - every question answered, no detail overlooked from our arrival to leaving with a new car (twice)! Personally, I have only one disappointment - the navigation systems in Texas. As with our other navigation systems, choosing the fastest or shortest routes still doesn’t seem to guarantee that I can accomplish the 4.7 mile route home directly, in less than 45 minutes, without taking a few extra streets or freeways along the way. I was told that the car ‘learns’ your driving patterns/habits, and hope that it learns mine - quickly! Beth Robinson More
