Excellent used vehicle purchase I have given a 5 star rating hands down due to the fact of when I walked into the used cars building there I was greeted by Tina Smart, and she asked I have given a 5 star rating hands down due to the fact of when I walked into the used cars building there I was greeted by Tina Smart, and she asked me how I am doing and what am I in the market for as in a use car. Then I told her I need to look around first and she said take your time and let me know what you want and she will try and do everything she can in her power to get me into what I want and can afford. I looked over the used vehicles and came up with the Cadillac SRX and she too highly recommend that one for me also because I was looking for a SUV either with a 4x4 or with an AWD. Just so luck would have it this one has AWD because I tow a trailer once in awhile and also this is Michigan and you need a 4x4 of AWD to get around without getting stuck like chuck. She told me to take a test drive in it and to go show my wife and I did and she also loved it alot as I do, then she said drive it home for the night and bring it back in and we will at all cost get you into this one to which she did. She did not hound me in any way like alot of car sales guys do and she was very polite and easy to work with. Very dedicated to not only her job there but to me as a customer overall!!! She is very motivated and very professional at what she does and I just love the fact that the used car sales is run by all women to which I prefer to deal with, and so much more knowledgeable then any sales guy on any car lot I been to in my 53 years of living. This used car section here at Cawood Honda is the best of the best any where, you just cannot find another used sales lot like this one for this one is very unique and believe it or not people from other states come here to this lot just to buy a used car because of the quality of the service you get and the high quality of the vehicle you will receive!!! I am a Desert Storm Vet and was a Platoon leader and 1st Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant and I can only say that Tina has the utmost ability to conduct herself to the highest level of standards when it comes to doing her job she is held responsible to do. It is always service with a smile from her at all times, and if you ask her a question and she does not have an answer she will go get you one within a matter of seconds. As a military leader for many years I have recommended many times for soldiers who go beyond the call of duty and way above the set standards of things to be promoted and or get an award to shown that they are appreciated to the highest level possible by me and the chain of command, being all that said I recommend that Tina Smart be promoted and given an award of some kind and a pay raise ASAP!!! She sets the standard of PERFECTION!!!! More
