We needed to replace the key fobs and change the code on our Prius since my coat with the keys in it had been stolen. Steve Lemke did a masterful job setting us up to do so. In fact when he told us about their asking price on this 8600 mile 2012 Rav4 we were blown away by the offer. While spending much more than we had intended were excited to accept the deal w/o a counter offer. In addition, after committing to our offer, he assured us that we would receive a new Smart Key if the previous owner does not find it. More
