Learning experience Our experience started disappointing,we had a appointment at 10.30 to test drive a highlander. Got a call from Spencer at 8.30 saying that the vehicle Our experience started disappointing,we had a appointment at 10.30 to test drive a highlander. Got a call from Spencer at 8.30 saying that the vehicle was still available and ready for us to test drive. We are a hour and a half away, so we headed down. We were 5 minutes away when we got a call that they had just taken a hold deposit from a someone else. We just about turned around and went back home so disappointed after driving that far. We settled on a different highlander, nice but at a higher cost. I know Spencer's hands were tied and he tried to get us a good deal. Time will tell if this was the best choice. I'm optimistic, we plan to have all service work done there, so ask me in 5 years. BILL in financing was great. Fast and very friendly. Would highly recommend Spencer and Bill . More
