I had a great experience with downs recently. I was in need of a new vehicle for work. During these times of no inventory, incentives, and obscene mark ups, I was dreading this process. After failed experiences at other dealers, I stumbled upon downs website and found a truck I was interested in. After a pleasant phone call with Denise from their internet team, I made an appointment to come to the dealer and test drive the truck. When I got there I was by Denise who remembered the details from our call, and was expecting me. She set me up with Antonio, who was my sales rep. I bottom lined Antonio and made it very clear as to what I wanted. He listened and at no point tried to persuade me in another direction. He was very easy to deal with and made me comfortable though out the entire process. The deal he present was what I was expecting and there was no unnecessary back and forth. The next step was interacting with Big John, the sales manager. John was a great guy and I enjoyed speaking to him. His personality is great, which is rare for a Sales manager now a days. I also appreciated the credit he was able to get me on this truck, I wasn’t even aware I quailed for. Between John and Antonio, I was able to get the truck I wanted, for the price I thought was fair, with a few dealer add ins I needed. They made this process smooth and easy. Amanda from their internet team was also very helpful. Her tech skills were needed to get a form off the internet for a first responder credit. She was very polite and helpful. Once all of the paperwork and details were sorted, I worked with Donato to finalize the deal. Again, he didn’t pressure me into anything additional or unnecessary. We had a great conversation which made the daunting task of signing your life away, go quicker. I picked up my truck the following day, fully detailed, ceramic coated, with all of the accessories I requested installed. This was a great experience for me. I would recommend this dealer to my friends, simply because of the staff experience. More
