They give back to the community and charities like the Cancer Foundation and made me feel like family. I dealt with other dealers in Central Jersey that were horrible with hidden fees and add on costs, but was pleased with Downs and the pricing. My wife and I had been shopping for an SUV for about 2 months in these crazy times out of necessity before landing in Downs Ford and leasing a new Explorer this past weekend. Upon entering we were cordially greeted and before you know it, test driving a vehicle, which they actually had inventory to choose from! Our salesperson Amanda (who was delightful) explained the differences in models and options available for each trim level and we picked our vehicle. Mr. Avison (the General Manager) came over, introduced himself, and came right back with a surprisingly great number for a lease payment. Other dealers were only mediocre at best, had low inventories, and their pricing was high (even for this environment). The finance paperwork was easy and streamlined and Donato (finance consultant) was efficient and had a great sense of humor. We are extremely pleased with our overall experience at Downs Ford and will recommend them to family and friends. More
