I live pretty far from there and made it clear that if I was going to purchase the car, it had to be done in the same day... along with my trade-in. I wanted no surprises. I got a fair value for my trade-in, got plenty of time to look at and drive the car I was interested in and drove away with my pre-owned, certified car. No unpleasant surprises. I took my Explorer truck there because there was two nails in my tires. I have the tire warranty and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I was told they would not cover anything, meanwhile eve nails in my tires. I have the tire warranty and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I was told they would not cover anything, meanwhile every month I pay for a tire warranty. I have had Acura’s, Mercedes, and BMW and never had this issue before. The recommended I buy all new four tires which was close to $1000. Very upsetting they did not even offer to do anything for me. I have leased my truck from their dealership and signed up for the tire warranty at their dealership. They never mentioned any of this when signing up for it. The warranty is a scam they offer just to get extra money a month from you. My lease is up in 7 months and safe to say after this experience I will not be leasing another vehicle from them. More
