A Great Truck Buying Experience! Buying the F-150 of my dreams for a good price with a good trade was turned into an easy task by the staff at Downs Ford. Initially I spoke to the General sales manager, Gene Wendelkin and told him what I was looking for. During that same visit the owner of the dealership, Melissa Longo, came over and introduced herself. I was impressed that when I walked in the door the general manager asked if he could help me and then the owner came by in person to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Gene told me he had a truck on order that would be in in a few weeks A few weeks later he called me on a Friday, made me a fair offer for my current truck, and told me to come in the next day to complete the transaction. On Saturday I went to the dealership and Gene handed me off to the commercial truck consultant, Antonio Piano, and he helped guide me through the process of trading in my truck and purchasing the new truck. Antonio was great and got me through the process in about 2 hours which is a record time having been through this process several times before. In the past I was at dealership for the whole day. Antonio even called my car insurance company and added my new truck to the insurance and had them take my old truck off. While Antonio was doing this the business manager, Joseph Markese, got me a great rate on my new loan and an extended warranty. Overall a great truck buying experience. I would recommend Downs Ford to anyone looking for a great truck buying experience! More

Starting with ,,," your steering wheel might fall off " & other things. added along the way . ...Now my remote start which was ordered and came with the car... Not even 5yrs old. and it does not work. That is one problem in and of itself. Especially since I have an aftermarket one on another car I own. Installed about 14-15 yrs ago... Still works...and still has original battery and mine on the Fusion does not. Then have the problem that the FOB doesn't even come up in their data base when it was ordered / installed at factory when car was produced in Mexico and purchased. So now a replacement ( as warranty has expired ) Will no doubt cost me dollars or I'll just leave the convenience of said not fixed. More

Easy & Pleasant Experience We first met Antonio Piano. I told him. what I was looking for and some particular items that were very important. I was trading in a twelve year old We first met Antonio Piano. I told him. what I was looking for and some particular items that were very important. I was trading in a twelve year old car, so the process was longer than I expected. That was because I'd forgotten the routine. But Antonio made it pleasant. He went and got a car he thought I would like. It had to have a light interior. I fell in love immediately when I saw it. I took it for a test drive and liked the way it handled and the pickup pulling out onto a highway. Then came working out the numbers. He was helpful and went to get "Big John " (John Duncsak) for finalization. He had some good suggestions which we took. The longest part of the deal was all the paperwork to finalize it. All in all I would go back again and highly recommend them. Actually I have been back twice with questions on using all the bells and whistles. Antonio is always super pleasant. PeggyT More
