Purchase of my personal company car I was in the market for a young used Ford Edge, to be a replacement to my company car. It would be purchased by me (something I had never done before I was in the market for a young used Ford Edge, to be a replacement to my company car. It would be purchased by me (something I had never done before since i had company vehicles for 40 years) and used for my work. I found a beautiful 2016 Ford Edge Titanium located at Downs. i visited Downs Ford and was given to Jonathan. We talked about my situation, he brought the vehicle over and we took it for a ride. Jonathan explained every feature on my prospective car and how to operate it. I was in awe of the car and all of its features and while I thought I knew about this or that, in the week after purchasing the car I remembered little things that Jonathan had told me...."Joseph, when you use the remote start feature, a green LED will flash on your remote to let you know the vehicle was started" and all kinds of informative things like that. I went in having done some of my own research and Jonathan walked me through the buying process and explained what would happen in the process of buying the car. On buying day I was excited and again Jonathan explained things to me and we did all the paperwork in short order. I met some of the others at Downs Ford and everyone was polite helpful and informative. I have to say I literally enjoyed the process of buying my CPO Ford Edge at Downs Ford and would do so again next time around. More
