Great Experience I live in north jersey and have a shore house in Ortley. I was looking to purchase a truck but not in a rush. Went to a local dealer up north and did not have a good feeling, they right away asked me for my drivers license, e-mail, and phone number. I jokingly said do you want my social security number too? I told them what I was looking for and about how much I wanted to pay per month. I left there about 45min later very confused and not very happy. So I looked online and came across Downs Ford, I emailed them and told them what I was looking for. Rose emailed me the same day and said come on in and see what we have ( very nice no pressure ) I made an appointment for the following Saturday . My wife and I walked in felt very comfortable. She introduced us to Maria Springer, my wife and her hit it off right away. We noticed a truck outside that looked very close to what I was looking for. She brought it around and 2 hrs later I was driving off the lot with it. Very nice respectful courteous professional place Highly recommend More
