Financing a new Ford Fusion. Best experience I have had buying a car. It was my second time buying a car through Downs Ford. Ryan was awesome and made this the process seemless! Wonderful! I went in to see if I could get financed, but my credit is far from perfect so I wasn't too hopefully. Chris took his time to make sure I left Downs Ford with a very nice car with reasonable payments and a smile on my face. He went above and beyond for me and I will refer as many people as I can to him. He is great at what he does and I'm 100% satisfied with experience!!! More

My Ford vehicle had multiple recalls and I w I am writing this review to let the owners of Downs Ford that my recent service experience was top notch. My Ford vehicle had multiple recalls and I was dreading going through the pain of spending my entire day at the dealership. That was not the case.....early bird drop off....a call to me to make sure that we were on the same page as what I work needed done and a promise of the time of would be ready. The next call I received was to inform me that my vehicle was done before the time that was promised. Under promise and over deliver....thats the way to do business. Thanks Downs Ford! More

How a car buying experience should be! I was very impressed with Downs Ford. I had gone to several other dealerships and did not have a very good experience. I was not looking forward to another day of car shopping! So when I walked into the dealership I had my guard up immediately! However when I was met by Ryan DelVecchio and I told him what I wanted and how much I could spend ... He told me he could help me with my request... He came back and gave me options on paper that were in my parameters ... He never offered me deals that were not in my budget... He listened to me... Listened to what I wanted and could afford!There were no hidden fees, no games and only honest answers! This was actually a no hassle , easy experience... Not sure why every car dealership and salesperson does not operate in this matter! Excellent customer service! More

Used Car at a Fair Price. Great Salesman Bought a used 2010 Altima with high milage. I knew the fair dealer price though online sites and Downs Ford had it at the expected price. I paid 60.00 Bought a used 2010 Altima with high milage. I knew the fair dealer price though online sites and Downs Ford had it at the expected price. I paid 60.00 for a private, separate inspection of the vehicle and there were no hidden issues. The service center at Downs Ford check out the few minor things my mechanic mentioned. The salesperson, Ryan, was attentive and relaxed to deal with. He made sure any questions or issues I had were addressed quickly. I did not leave wondering if I got a good deal. I am comfortable with what I paid and feel the deal was fair for both the Dealer and myself. Since they do not participate in high pressure tactics and seem friendly and relaxed to talk to, I would recommend Downs Ford to others. More

TRUCKS LEAKS THEY WONT FIX JUST LOVE MOLD IN MY BACK SEAT well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good i can deal with that one . ask to look at my truck back seat is wet said its $104.00 an hour to find leak it turns out to be the third brake lift leaks . $225.00 they wanted for the light say its not covered in waranty are you kidding so that a total of 329.00 to fix a light , ok its gets better sale men calls to say hey whats with this reveiw it posted told him the story said he would see what he could do and call me back guess he forgot my number LMAO so besides all that had to have my back seat cleaned by someone to get the stink or maybe mold out of it THANKS DOWNS FORD oh yeah i do sales for a living too and i would never do this to a customer oh thats right im not a car sales men LMAO More

Mike is one of the first honest car salesmen we've ever encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and did not push. We were there all day, and took many test drives of different vehicles. Another salesman might have been frustrated and annoyed, but not Mike Papaycik. He talked my son out of a car that would have made him and the company more money because he knew it wasn't the right car for a 17 year old. He helped get us the best deal we saw in four states on a used Ford Mustang for our son -- who is over the moon about his car. We will definitely be back to Downs Ford in the future, and we hope Mike Papaycik is helping to run the place when we do. More
