Ok what can I say. I really like Downs Ford. They didn't have the usual pressure tactics or i would have left. They found me exactly what I wanted. I usually dread car shopping but they made it a delightful experience. I will be going back there soon for my next car as soon as i get my tax refund. I cant wait. What more is there to say. They are truly good knowledgeable people. Thank you Downs Ford!!!! More

Do yourself a favor...avoid Downs Ford at all costs. If you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there. Downs has charged me $500 for a cracked sub-frame on a new hrbrid.That they s you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there.
