When we realized that the model in the flier I received did not have all of the options I wanted Aaron asked exactly what I wanted. When I explained what I wanted Aaron brought over a manager to see if we could apply the discounts in the flier to a vehicle with the options I wanted. The manager found a vehicle configured the way I wanted on another lot and was able to apply the discounts advertised. Aaron's persistence in finding the vehicle I wanted with the discounts advertised made this sale possible. Aaron also made an appointment with Taylor to explain all of the electronics. Taylor did a great job of answering all of my questions. The next day I received an email from the manager of the service department welcoming me and offering to assist with my first service appointment. This was a great experience from start to finish.
