Shauna was friendly to work with, but she still used a very high‑pressure sales approach and gave me a terrible trade‑in value on my old vehicle, just pushing me to sign instead of clearly explaining the numbers. Johnathan in Finance loaded the deal with over $5,000 in oil and battery “extras” that were made to sound like they were being thrown in for free, but were actually rolled into the financing, so I’m now paying interest on top of them. On top of that, the warranty alone was almost $5,000 (plus interest), and the coverage was never properly explained before I signed. In total, I was hit with over $10,000 in extra charges that were never fully explained to me, and I now have to pay interest on them, which feels extremely deceptive and shady. When I called and spoke to Johnathan about it, all he said he could do was say “sorry” – no offer to fix anything, no attempt to make it right, just a “deal with it” attitude. I was also promised that several issues with the truck would be taken care of by the service department. I have had to make several separate trips to the dealership, which is about a 45‑minute drive each way, just trying to get the service issues resolved. Only one problem was actually fixed (a camera replacement); every other problem was ignored. In service, I mainly dealt with Danny, who was nice enough but still argued with me and tried to claim the vehicle did not have the issues I was describing, even after I clearly demonstrated them. It was only after I recreated the problem and had them run the code that they finally believed me, and now the service department is ignoring my calls and messages instead of taking responsibility for what was promised. I will never buy from Centennial Hyundai again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More

Beware of this dealership and its deceptive tactics. They will mislead you in multiple ways to pressure you into buying unwanted protections or accessories. One common tactic is claiming that your financing couldn’t be approved at the interest rate you were originally pre-approved for. They may call or text you saying something like, “We’ve been working hard to secure your loan, but we couldn’t get it approved at that rate—however, we can offer a higher interest rate.” At that point, if you say you’d rather return the car, they may suddenly reverse course and agree to honor the original rate. If you hadn’t started walking away, you could have ended up signing a deal at the higher rate and paying thousands more in interest. If you confront them about yo-yo financing, they may shift tactics and pressure you into signing to “finalize” the deal, arguing that you already signed the purchase agreement. When challenged further, they may claim that because they eventually “honored” the original deal, the financing terms technically didn’t change—despite the fact that they initially attempted to push you into a higher rate. Be aware of practices like “yo-yo financing” and spot delivery deals. If possible, do not take the car home until financing is fully approved and finalized. It’s a good idea to accompany older or younger family members or friends to this dealership when they’re buying a car, so they don’t get pressured into higher rates or unnecessary add-ons. It’s very disappointing to see these kinds of tactics being used to target the Las Vegas community. Buyers deserve transparency and honesty, not pressure and manipulation. More
Great dealership. Are they perfect, no, but who is? Most every team member I’ve come across has been very friendly. The service staff has done a great job with my vehicle and any investigating any concerns I’ve had. The team does their job and does offer up additional services, but does so without being pushy. Solid. More
