POOR Service Department!!! I bought my 2009 Hyundai Sonata V6 at this dealership. The experience was pretty "normal", considering all the "haggling" over price. However, ove I bought my 2009 Hyundai Sonata V6 at this dealership. The experience was pretty "normal", considering all the "haggling" over price. However, over the years since then, and currently, the Service Department has gotten HORRIBLE!!! The work is just fine. The problem is their scheduling, and keeping to their schedule! I arrived for my appointment on about 6/20/17 early for a simple Oil/Filter change. After a 2 HOUR wait (past my scheduled time), I was called over and told that they are "running WAY behind schedule, and their computer system just failed". I was given the opportunity to re-schedule on 7/7/17, mid-afternoon. I will see what happens then. However, my "simple" appointments of the past have gotten worse, Worse, and WORSE ... in the amount of time spent WAITING, WAITING, WAITING!!! Whenever I call, they NEVER answer their phone! I leave multiple messages, and they NEVER call back!!! POOR, POOR, POOR!!! Centennial Hyundai Management NEEDS to get a GRIP on their Service Department totally!!! More

Went above and beyond I came in not sure what to expect. Pretty much everyone I know has had a lengthy stay at the dealer only to have them call days later to change terms. I explained that I was in a hurry and I'm not the most patient person, but Nick and Bob took care of me in no time. Rick was also helpful and paid attention to many details I hadn't even thought of.
