After buying the car and getting everything finalized they tried to make me wait 2 weeks for my check that was part of the deal to pay for registration and other finances. We had to keep calling till we finally got ahold of someone who got it expedited. Overall I'm happy with the car, but if you want to get past all the BS you have to find a way to get straight to the top sales guys. I would avoid talking to the floor manager Mark and try to work with somebody else. More

Rick was the person that sales manager and I felt that there could have been more clarification when it initially came to the interest rate and monthly payment. Joe was my finance guy and he was great he explained about the warranties and told me what i did and didn't need for my car when it came to expended warranty type products. He was the best and the finance and signing of papers only took about 25 minutes and I felt he explained everything really really well. More

Wouldn't come back My initial sales person Rob Trujilio was very pleasant and very professional and I in no way want the rest of my review to reflect negatively upon him My initial sales person Rob Trujilio was very pleasant and very professional and I in no way want the rest of my review to reflect negatively upon him because what transpired was not his fault. When it came to actually making the deal I dealt with two other sales people the first of which was very rude and got angry with me when I didn't want to accept the deal he was offering because it was simply not what I could afford. The third salesman was a little bit better but I still felt like I was being pressured and rushed into making a decision on the car. I was also pressured several times by the third salesman and the finance person to use Hyundai financing versus my banks financing that I was preapproved for. When I kept asking to see some terms or anything in black and white that clearly outlined what Hyundai's financing was I was reassured I didn't need to see it and that it was 0%. I wasn't opposed to taking the dealerships financing if they offered me a better rate than my bank, but I'm not going to sign up for something that I clearly can't see terms for either. After that I didn't feel too confident with the rest of my sales transaction because I felt like I had to keep double checking everything. Especially since the salesman came back at one point with my mothers information on a document versus my own, and Hyundai keeps contacting my mother instead of me to this day. I also had to provide my proof of insurance information several times even though the dealership took a copy when I was there and I faxed a copy to them. I still received a call several days later requesting my proof of insurance for a third time. I overall did not have a pleasant buying experience while I was at the dealership or after I left. Any time I needed to call back the sales/finance department after I purchased I was never able to get a hold of someone and the operator kept transferring me to a number that was no longer in service. I would never buy again or recommend a friend to purchase a car at Centennial Hyundai. I've only had my car for three weeks and I already have to schedule a service appointment as a piece on my moon roof has broken and now one side of the glass is protruding out. As a woman who came into the dealership alone to purchase her first vehicle by herself I knew it wouldn't an easy process, but I did not expect the level of issues and aggressiveness that I felt during this purchase. Again, I just want to reiterate my initial salesperson Rob Trujilio was very pleasant he greeted me right away took me on a test drive and made sure the vehicle I test drove is what I wanted to purchase. His professional and courteous attitude is what made the purchase somewhat bearable, and if I could just rate his service solely I would give him a 10. More
