Creative Title I asked sales person about following me to drop my rental car off and he said he was too busy, but he could later in the day. I came back later. While walking up to him, he was with all the other salesmen, he notices its me and ran over to another salesman and said something. Asked him about the ride and he said he couldn't because he was following for the salesman he said something to. I had to pay $80 for a cab. I get that following someone is probably not the best part of the job, but if you saying you're going to do something, do it, or at least attempt to provide an alternative. Left me feeling like I was lied to the whole day, and probably didn't get a good deal on the car. More

I feel a strong sense of caring for my needs and integrity in the way they have done business. I know that a new owner had recently taken over and I am pleased with the new staff.
