Jimmy, bob, and Curtis were all liars only concerned with their commission. Watch your interest rate and don't negotiate a payment, negotiate interest. This is where they will rob you. I had an awful experience and now have six years to pay 650$ a month on a 28k car. Never will go back. More

HIGH PRESSURE AND GAME PLAYING A few days before we went to the Hyundai dealership, we went to another dealership,different brand car. We were told we were upside down on our trad A few days before we went to the Hyundai dealership, we went to another dealership,different brand car. We were told we were upside down on our trade ins. $2,500 for one car. $1800 for the second car. That is a total of $4300. We were also given the opportunity to walk the lot of that dealership and choose whatever we wanted to purchase in a trade. They did not take our car keys and did not pressure us. Yes we did not buy there. So I guess Hyundai did their job. Made the sale!! They pressured us into buying. Their motto is! Get the client to buy no matter what! I have found that most hyundai dealerships do the same thing. When there is so much competition. Word of mouth is very important. We will pass this experience on to everyone we know. once the number on a piece of paper game started. We should have walked out. We did not. Our bad!!! We were not told what we would be given for our trade in. Though we asked!! And were not given a chance to walk the lot and pick out a car. We were told what we could choose from. Were only allowed to see 2 cars. Only one model. Based on some bogus rebates. A less expensive car would have not required the use of rebates. Totally our fault for allowing ourselves to be pressured. Car is nice. Because we felt we did not have the freedom to walk out of the dealership so easily. Final figures made us upside down more than $8,000. At the other dealership it was only 4300. We now owe Much much more than the car was worth, when we purchased it. . Probably worth much less now that we drove it out of the lot. Between the key grabbing, and not allowing us to walk the lot. Not telling us what they would give us in trade. We should have just said no. We did not. Just a word to the wise. Do not let them grab your keys. And when the finance guy comes to your table and starts playing games on piece of papers. Ask for your keys and run. More
