BTW-- I would recommend anyone to Bill Niver to buy a car. He probably gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I went in very guarded from previous bad experiences (with other dealerships). He was definitely a buyers advocate. He had my price point in mind and worked for me. Thanks, Bill! The only reason I gave a 4 for quality of work is because I bought the showroom floor elantra--and when i took control of it, there was an "alert" flashing saying "fuse on" no one was left at the dealership to fix it at the time, so I had to take the car home like that. I got home and looked in my owners manuel and found I just had to go into the fuse box and flip the switch to 'on' (a very easy fix!)...but i love my car, I liked the people at the dealership and I'm extremely happy.
