Long story short, I was driving around with my family and looking for a new truck, as I drove by and into Planet Hyundai I saw a truck that I was very interested in. I just wanted to jump out and see what th looking for a new truck, as I drove by and into Planet Hyundai I saw a truck that I was very interested in. I just wanted to jump out and see what the asking price was and not get attacked by a salesman, so I told my wife " Im just gonna see what they are asking and we can leave to go grocery shopping". When I was walking away from the truck Anthony asked me how I was doing and was very professional and courteous. I replied "good, thank you" I asked him that I would like to test drive the truck but I needed to finish my family duties and would like to come back later. Anthony again was very supportive and told me no problem. On my return to Planet Hyundai, Anthony said wait here as he went over to get the truck so he could get some AC flowing and make it comfortable for me for the test drive. Anthony came inside grabbed me a cold bottle of water and we took off. The rest is history...... I was very happy with the "bargaining" part of vehicle shopping. Anthony and the Administrative staff were very fair and professional during the entire process. Everything that I brought up was considered and not turned down like you would get at other dealerships. In the end, I am a proud owner of an amazing truck and I feel at the end of the day both parties were very happy. Anthony made it a pleasure to go vehicle shopping. When I walked onto the dealership I wasn't sure I what kind of car that I wanted. All I knew was that I wanted a car that got better gas mileage that the one I currently had.
