Stereotypical Dealer - not fun! - "Smoke and mirrors" - marketing - especially on the "10 year warranty" for pre-owned vehicles; - attempted a bait-and-switch deal with my wife and - "Smoke and mirrors" - marketing - especially on the "10 year warranty" for pre-owned vehicles; - attempted a bait-and-switch deal with my wife and I in last stages of negotiations; - had NO intention of using our pre-approved financing from our credit union and forced us into a "back-up" contract with them (so they could get the kick-back from their bank) - leaving us to re-finance it later; - sleazy, aggressive, last-minute techniques with aftermarket add-ons; - dishonest, evasive, under-handed practices; - once they know they are not going to fleece you for everything they can, the service was pitiful and mechanical. More
