It was discovered my engine was irreparable, fortunately it was under warranty. Becky at the service department handled all the details in an expedient manner and kept me in the loop along the process. In addition, I was provided a car while my car was repaired. Good but surprising When I first walked in it was awkward. People behind counter did not verbally acknowledge me or make eye contact. My service rep Jordan was very kind and informative. Surprising was the cost of the 15000 mile checkup. I was not aware of the fee till Jordan told me. In my fixed income these fees are difficult for me. I usually have to save up for these expenses. Luckily I had some savings. Now I will save for the next. I think when you buy the car these future charges should be disclosed. And for that price with the wash they should vacuum and do the windows. More
