Great help, slow return I went to rotate my 2017 Sonata's tires myself at my house, but when I went to take off the tires, they all had lock nuts; however the dealer did not I went to rotate my 2017 Sonata's tires myself at my house, but when I went to take off the tires, they all had lock nuts; however the dealer did not give me the lock key when the sold me the vehicle. Service helped me quickly without an appointment to remove lock lug nuts. Service asked if I wanted them to rotate the tires, but it would cost $24.99, so I declined and said I would do it myself. A little later, the service manager said he would rotate them complimentary. Service completed the job pretty quick; however it took over 20 minutes to get my car pulled up after being told 3 different times it was on its way. More
