They also brought in an employee who translated her (Mandarin language) concerns and gave her the answers she needed. A former business owner in her native country, she is a very smart consumer. Fast, courteous, professional My car only needed an oil change, and an appointment was made. I was greeted (by name) by Bryan, and was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Every thing was fine but it seemed to take a long time. I was told by by Glen Roopchan, person who made my appointment date that my oil change was included in my service agreement, but I was told at the co I was told by by Glen Roopchan, person who made my appointment date that my oil change was included in my service agreement, but I was told at the counter it would be $35.00.
